During the season, you culture registrations and deliveries are automatically or manually entered.

The actual stock in AgroVision Crops is likely to not fully match the inventory in the central cabinet. 

If this difference is too large or if there are missing products and you want to correct this, follow the steps below to update the current stock.



1. Click on the menu button Inventory and select the Inventory tab. 

2. Click the green Balance button on the right side.

3. Enter the date (for example, January 1 or July 1), select the products you have in stock, or click on actual stock at the bottom left. Enter the quantity. If a product is no longer in stock, enter '0'.

4. Finish by clicking Save.


Products with a quantity of 0 cannot be removed directly. Wait until the 'take stock of last year' in the following calendar year.
